We do: Give you all copyrights for software you get developed with us. Turn over all source-code to you for a project you get developed with us We don't: Resell your product that you paid for getting developed for our own profit Develop Software for free with the hope of getting commissions from your software Why? 1. We are interested in developing software. Not selling it. We're not very good at selling. We're exceptional at developing. 2. By turning over all source code to you we force ourselves to deliver a good product. If you have all the source code you can always call in a new programmer or another company to improve on your software if you are not happy with our service. We're that confident that you will be happy with our service. Please note: 1. This does not of course bar us from using programmatic knowledge we gain in the usual course of development in other projects. This would simply not be possible. A painter who learns a new technique while painting a masterpiece for you cannot be expected to never use that technique again in painting another masterpiece. This is simply not possible. 2. Copyrights and source-code are turned over on completion of payment for a project.
